Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your wallet, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email support@lemonsea.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will issue a return authorization and mailing instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of our receiving the returned item, via the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued by mailed check or direct ACH, at the customer's choice.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item at no cost, or refund in full — your choice.

Repair Service

Repair charges are only refundable if the wallet is deemed beyond repair after inspection. In such cases, we will return the wallet and refund any repair deposit.

Exclusions

Custom, monogrammed, or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
